At Glos Studio, we strive to provide the highest quality beauty treatments and services to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. No Refunds for Completed Services
Once a beauty treatment has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We take pride in delivering professional services, and by receiving the treatment, you confirm that you are satisfied with the quality provided. Should you have any concerns, we encourage you to address them during the appointment.
2. Cancellations by Glos Studio
In the rare event that Glos Studio needs to cancel your appointment, we will offer you two options:

Rescheduling: We will provide the opportunity to reschedule your appointment to a mutually convenient time.

Refund: If rescheduling is not suitable, we will issue a full refund of any payment made for the cancelled appointment.
We reserve the right to choose between rescheduling or offering a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation if applicable.
3. Cancellations by Clients
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the full charge of the service. No refunds will be offered for client-initiated cancellations unless specifically agreed upon by Glos Studio in exceptional circumstances.
4. Right to Refuse Service
At Glos Studio, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at our sole discretion, without providing a reason. We offer services exclusively to men and will not serve individuals who do not meet this requirement. We will not tolerate abusive or inappropriate behavior, and any bookings made under false pretenses will be cancelled without refund.
5. Health and Safety Disclaimer
By booking and receiving any beauty treatment at Glos Studio, you acknowledge that:

Glos Studio and its staff are not medical professionals, and treatments provided are not intended to substitute for medical care. By receiving any treatment, you agree that Glos Studio will not be held liable for any injuries, adverse effects, or health issues arising from the treatment, whether known or unknown at the time of service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glos Studio disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to personal injury, health issues, or dissatisfaction with the service. By receiving treatments, you agree that Glos Studio will not be held responsible for any medical conditions or issues that arise as a result of the treatment.
7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any claims or disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
