Cancellation Policy

At Glos Beauty Studio, we are committed to providing our clients with a smooth and professional booking experience. We exclusively serve women and require all appointments to be scheduled in advance, with a 24-hour notice period for cancellations or rescheduling. For client-initiated cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, we may charge up to the full service amount. In cases where we must cancel, we will offer either a rescheduling option or, if needed, a full refund. Timeliness is essential, and clients arriving over 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to maintain our schedule. For health and safety, clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions or sensitivities before their treatment, as we assume no liability for adverse effects due to undisclosed issues. Glos Studio reserves the right to refuse service or future bookings to clients whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate. Payments may be required at the time of booking or upon service completion, with the most current rates displayed on our website.
